Facilities 

We offer bed and breakfast facilities which are the equal of similar quality accommodation in cities like Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Aberdeen.

Our wonderful rural setting is close to city and country activities. Inverness for instance is just 20 minutes away, while the town of Dingwall is within easy walking distance.

There are a number of eating out options nearby, including the Red Poppy, Cafe India and Tulloch Castle. Alternatively, by special arrangement, we can provide a full three-course evening meal. Contact us for more details.

Breakfast
Breakfast is always made to order, and typically of a quality guesthouse, our range of choices can meet most tastes. The menu can change because we like to provide variety, but the quality never changes. By arrangement we can also supply packed lunches for visitors using Knockbain House as their base during their trip.

Access
Although not fully equipped for disabled access, the bedrooms are on the same level as the entrance hall which has 6 shallow steps up from the driveway. The shower room is designed for disabled access. There are a further 4 steps up to the drawing room and dining room.

Pets
Sorry, we do not accept pets in the house.

No Smoking
We ask guests to refrain from smoking in the house at all times.
